What you'll do:

As a Soccer Trainer at Velocity Soccer LLC, you’ll play a crucial role in leading weekly practices and supporting players during game days. Your mission is to create a positive, high-energy space where players of all skill levels can thrive. Whether you’re working with beginners or advanced players, you’ll guide them through purposeful training sessions, foster their confidence, and help build strong, connected teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Weekly Practices: Every session is an opportunity to make an impact. You’ll design and deliver purposeful, engaging training sessions that help players improve their skills, teamwork, and soccer IQ.

• Support Players on Game Days: You’ll be there to guide players through the challenges of game day, helping them apply what they’ve learned in practice to real-game situations.

• Create a Positive Environment: Help build a culture where effort and learning are celebrated. You’ll be a positive role model who motivates players to push their limits, develop confidence, and enjoy the game.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for individuals who bring both knowledge of the game and a strong sense of character. If you’re driven to uplift young players and help them become the best versions of themselves, you’ll fit right in.

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Reliable and mature mindset.

• A solid background in soccer (playing, coaching, or both). US Soccer Class D License or greater is a plus.

• A passion for teaching, leading, and working with young athletes.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
